Jared

CEO

Jared has been in e-commerce supply chain and e-commerce operations for 12 years. Beginning his journey building baby gates on Etsy to running a multimillion dollar D2C brand by the age of 28, Jared understands not only the mind and goals of founders, but also operators. He noticed a massive gap in the supply chain market in terms of an ERP built for scaling e-commerce brands. With that, Luminous was created.

Brendon

CEO

Brendon is the technical guy at Luminous. He was most recently CTO of ForeUp Golf (exited), after they became the #1 ERP in the golf space. He is a big part of Luminous's vision of making backend e-commerce flexible and easy-to-use for the modern brand.

Josh

Head of Accounts

Josh comes from a family deeply involved in e-commerce. His family, part of the notorious Thread Wallets, exposed him to all things operations at an early age. His mission is to provide top level service to all clients of Luminous and he has built a team that prioritizes top-tier, high touch service.

Thomas

Sales

Thomas transitioned from door-to-door sales to the tech industry, bringing his determination and drive with him. He is dedicated to bringing top e-commerce brands to Luminous and assisting them in optimizing their inventory systems for maximum growth.

Logan

Sales

Logan has a background in door-to-door solar sales and is dedicated to adding value wherever he goes. His journey has brought him to Luminous, where he has taken on the challenge of developing the sales department from scratch, assembling a top-notch team, and attracting amazing clients along the way.

Alex

Head of Marketing

Alex brings 7 years of expertise in B2B marketing and even launched her own DTC beauty brand in 2020. Her passion lies in infusing Luminous with the fun and creativity of leading e-commerce brands, creating a value-driven brand that DTC's around the world can partner with.

Calvin

Engineer

Calvin, our UI engineer with over 10 years of experience, specializes in front-end development for cloud-based business software. He is committed to creating intuitive user interfaces, drawing motivation from his wife, two sons, and a background rooted in design, engineering, and business leadership.
