Jared
Founder & CEO
Jared has been in e-commerce supply chain and e-commerce operations for 12 years. Beginning his journey building baby gates on Etsy to running a multimillion dollar D2C brand by the age of 28, Jared understands not only the mind and goals of founders, but also operators. He noticed a massive gap in the supply chain market in terms of an ERP built for scaling e-commerce brands. With that, Luminous was created.
Brendon
CTO & Co-Founder
Brendon is the technical guy at Luminous. He was most recently CTO of ForeUp Golf (exited), after they became the #1 ERP in the golf space. He is a big part of Luminous's vision of making backend e-commerce flexible and easy-to-use for the modern brand.
Josh
Head of Accounts
Josh comes from a family deeply involved in e-commerce. His family, part of the notorious Thread Wallets, exposed him to all things operations at an early age. His mission is to provide top level service to all clients of Luminous and he has built a team that prioritizes top-tier, high touch service.
Maria
Implementation Manager
Maria makes sure new Luminous customers get off to a great start. With a background spanning WMS/OMS implementation, customer success, and training operations at companies like EasyPost and Extensiv, she's onboarded hundreds of clients and has a knack for turning complex rollouts into smooth ones.
Alex
Head of Marketing
Alex brings 7 years of expertise in B2B marketing and even launched her own DTC beauty brand in 2020. Her passion lies in infusing Luminous with the fun and creativity of leading e-commerce brands, creating a value-driven brand that DTC's around the world can partner with.
Calvin
Sr Front-End Engineer
Calvin, our UI engineer with over 10 years of experience, specializes in front-end development for cloud-based business software. He is committed to creating intuitive user interfaces, drawing motivation from his wife, two sons, and a background rooted in design, engineering, and business leadership.

Head of CSM
Bryan brings years of expertise in customer success and is passionate about helping e-commerce brands thrive. At Luminous, he focuses on building strong relationships and ensuring every customer is supported, empowered, and set up for long-term growth
Vanessa
Implementation Consultant
With 20+ years spanning finance, consulting, SaaS, and AI, Vanessa has led engineering and product teams from BNY Mellon and JPMorgan Chase through Fullsteam and foreUP Golf. She now focuses on building AI automation that's trustworthy, compliant, and genuinely useful, not just impressive in a demo.
Nathan
Support Engineer/CS Developer
Nathan has 7+ years of experience across software engineering and DevOps, including cloud architecture at Legato Security and several years at foreUP Golf. At Luminous, he brings that technical expertise to work keeping our platform reliable for every customer.
Travis
Director of Customer Success
Travis brings 7 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce and logistics, with a deep focus on backend operations. From running 3PLs to consulting with brands on fulfillment, purchasing, and inventory systems, he’s helped operators streamline chaos into clarity. Now at Luminous, he leads Customer Success with the same operator-first mindset, advising brands on how to scale with confidence.

Implementation Specialist
Heidi brings a solid foundation in problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical thinking. Now a Client Success Specialist at Luminous, Heidi is dedicated to learning the ins and outs of a fast-growing company and delivering exceptional support to its clients. With a passion for hands-on experience and team collaboration, Heidi is eager to contribute to Luminous’ mission of transforming ecommerce.

With nearly a decade at Fishbowl implementing SaaS products for 200+ B2B clients, plus time at Cority as a Technical Consultant, Nate brings deep technical implementation experience to Luminous.
