His mission is to provide top level service to all clients of Luminous and he has built a team that prioritizes top-tier, high touch service.

Alex brings 7 years of expertise in B2B marketing and even launched her own DTC beauty brand in 2020. Her passion lies in infusing Luminous with the fun and creativity of leading e-commerce brands, creating a value-driven brand that DTC's around the world can partner with.

Calvin, our UI engineer with over 10 years of experience, specializes in front-end development for cloud-based business software. He is committed to creating intuitive user interfaces, drawing motivation from his wife, two sons, and a background rooted in design, engineering, and business leadership.

Taylor is passion about bringing value to every customer interaction. He works hand in hand with our clients, helping them get full usage in Luminous. In his free time, you can catch him mountain biking, playing with family, or coach ultimate frisbee.

With an ecom ops background and a passion for brand operations, Spencer joined Luminous after seeing its value compared to the struggles of implementing a different backend system at his previous brand. Outside work, he enjoys disc golf and spending time with his twin boys.
